What to expect at Jacob Toyota

Jacob Toyota have been servicing the Albury Wodonga region for over 40 years. During that time we have listened to our guest to ensure we are delivering a service that suits everyone's needs. That's why we offer so many options to ensure your visit to our service department runs smoothly. So, if you need to drop off your vehicle before we open or only have a short time frame to service your vehicle because of your busy schedule, we try and make it as easy as possible. Below are all the different ways we can help and if you can't find the answer just give us a call we are confident we can assist.

Changed address or no longer own your vehicle?

sms reminders

We know how busy life gets, sometimes you have so much going on that you forget that you have booked your vehicle in for a service. That's why we will help you stay on track with a friendly reminder sms the day before your booking with the time you have nominated to drop off your vehicle. Can't make it. no worries, simply call us 02 6055 9898 and we will happily reschedule your appointment to a time that will suit you. 

express maintenace

If you’re looking for the quickest and easiest way to service your Toyota, then Express Maintenance is for you. Simply make an appointment for a specific date and a time that suits, bring your Toyota in and we’ll give you a time when your car will be ready.  Take a seat in our guest lounge and for added peace of mind, you can actually view the two Toyota technicians expertly performing your Toyota’s Express Maintenance service. driveway service

From 8am - 9.30am you will find our team of advisors in the driveway ready to serve you in a more timely manner during the rush hour. Our driveway service is designed so that we come to you in the busiest part of the day saving you the hassle of having to look for a car park. Simply follow the directional signage to Gate 2, pull up under our awning and you will be on your way before you know it.

Hire cars

Our hire cars are $35 a day, this charge is to cover the insurance costs. We ask that you replace the fuel in the vehicle that you have used. Book your loan car on the same day you book your service to avoid disappointment, we also require a copy of your driver’s licence on the day.

If you need to drop off your vehicle before 8am you can park and lock your vehicle out the front of Jacob Toyota and place your keys in the Key Box provided on the service gate.  Your service team will check your vehicle after 8am and get your service booking underway. Once your service has been completed we will  contact you to arrange a collection time.

Can't pick up your vehicle before 5.30pm due to work commitments! No worries, we can securely lock your keys into our fence safe and allocate your a unique code to access your keys. Your vehicle will be parked safely outside of our dealership ready for you to collect at a time convenient to you.

Need a ride home, to work or even off to do a spot of shopping? We take the hassle out of tryng to arrange family or friends to pick you up by offering a courtesy drop off & pick up service. Operational Monday to Friday, no appointment necessary, first run leaves at 8.10am. The areas that we can drop off and pick up customers include: Thurgoona, Lavington, Albury, Wodonga and the Baranduda area. This service is NOT available on Saturdays

How nice is it to have someone wash your vehicle for you? At Jacob Toyota we endevour to offer our guests a complimenatry wash and vaccuum when they book a service with us. Having your vehicle returned to you fresh and clean after a service is our way of saying thanks for servicing with Jacob Toyota.

Online Booking

Sometimes calling us to make a booking isn't always as easy as it sounds. We have online booking request so that you can contact us whenever & where ever is convenient to you. Simply fill out the details on the enquiry form and click submit. One of our friendly team will be in contact to confirm your details by your prefered contact method. Make a booking request now!

Free Wifi

So you can get on with your work or simply stay in contact with the world we offer our guests who choose to sit in our guest lounge FREE wifi. You will find the password to log onto the wifi located at the coffee station. If you have any dificulties connecting please make contact with one of our friendly staff to assist you.

payment options

We accept cash & EFTPOS and all major credit cards. Should you require to make payment by cheque please let us know at time of booking for approval.

vehicle collection

Once your vehicles service has been completed you will be contacted by one of our friendly staff to arrange a pick up time. If you are unable to collect your vehicle before 5.30pm we can arrange after hours pick up for you. If at any stage you are unable to collect your vehicle due to your circumstances please let us know and we will do our best to arrange a drop off to you. Please try and give as much notice as possible for this to be arranged.
