How to make a complaint
At Jacob Toyota, we understand that things don't always go to plan. That's why we are committed to helping our customers resolve any issues or complaints as quickly as possible. If you have a complaint or feedback about your recent experience with us we'd love to hear it.

We aim to respond to your complaint within 48 hours of receipt, and we will keep you informed of the progress of our investigations along the way.
