The Jacob Toyota Service Department has been operating in Wodonga for the past 27 years. Jason Lowe, our Service Manager, has been with the company for 25 years and has had extensive training and experience in dealing with all things Mechanical. Jason also has many other staff within his department with over 10 year’s service, training and experience working with our trusted brand.
Our mission in the service department is to run a transparent business focusing on Good Old Fashion guest services that you can rely on along with quality workmanship. We believe our team has the same focus, providing a relaxed and simple environment for all of our guests, keeping the technical jargon to a minimum to ensure that our guests understand what work has been carried out on their vehicle.
At Jacob Toyota we invest in our team by providing constant training and support and we believe this is paramount to us running a successful service department with long term retention of our guest base.
Our Express Service Maintenance Bays allow us to provide quick, efficient & quality service to our guests at a competitive price, yet still allowing us to stay focused on the quality of work we provide to our guests. At Jacob Toyota we understand the importance of our guest’s time, so as not to waste any of our guest’s valuable time we also run a Courtesy Shuttle for all of our guests so that while your vehicle is maintained you are still able to carry on with your day.
